Booked my ferry fast and everything went fine. I was doing it while having my morning coffee and trying to sort out a few other travel bits at the same time, so I was glad it didn’t turn into a hassle. Nice and straightforward

I had to switch my ferry time at the last minute, so I reached out to Seajets support expecting it to be a hassle like it usually is with travel changes. But they replied quickly and helped me get it sorted without making it complicated. Compared to other customer service experiences I’ve had, this was much calmer and smoother, which I really appreciated that day. Thanks a lot!

The ride itself was really smooth, and I didn’t feel seasick at all, which was a relief. Still, a few parts of the experience left me feeling a bit less confident in them overall, so my trust isn’t quite what it was...

I booked through seajets.com and, as far as I could tell, the pattern held up: the seat numbers on our booking matched the seats we actually got on board. One of the boarding staff seemed a little unsure at first, which made me think there might be a mix-up, but after a quick check everything was fine. Overall, it went smoothly and I’d say it was a good experience.

The coffee was decent enough, but the sandwiches were dry and felt overpriced. I mean, how hard is it to make a sandwich that doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting around all day? Not terrible, but definitely not something I’d look forward to next time...

I already kind of assumed these booking sites make refunds harder than they need to be, and this experience definitely confirmed that for me. I had to message them more than once, and the replies felt super basic, like nobody had actually looked into my case. I did get some money back in the end, but it took way too long and added a lot of stress. I’d definitely think twice before booking again unless my plans were 100% locked in.

I took my car with Seajets it went smoother than I expected. I’m usually impatient with this kind of stuff, especially when boarding takes forever, but the staff pointed me where to park right away and there wasn’t any hassle getting on or off. Adding seats and bags was straightforward too. Each option showed its cost clearly, so I didn’t have to guess what was changing the total. It was a simple booking, but those tiny clear details made it feel way less stressful.

Getting to the port was easy enough since it was close by. The signs could definitely be better though... we found it, but there were a couple moments where we weren’t totally sure if we were going the right way.

I took seajets between the islands and, weirdly enough, I was kind of relieved by the restroom situation. The signs were clear, I found them without wandering around, and even though the ferry was busy, I didn’t really have to wait long. Always a small win when you’re on a boat and already thinking about where everything is.

They weren’t fancy or spotless like a hotel or anything, but they were clean enough and had what I needed when I used them. The trip was short, the sea was fine, and just knowing the restrooms were easy to get to made the whole ride feel a lot more comfortable

Booked with Sea Jets i’d say it was a good call. The ferry was clean, ran close enough to schedule, and the price was better than I expected for that route. No drama, no fuss, I’d definitely use them again.

I used this to get around a few islands, and it covered most of the routes I needed. Because the ferry options were easy to find, planning my trips was simple. A few time slots were limited, so I had to work around that, but overall it was really handy for hopping between islands

The seats and toilets were clean, and I felt fine for the whole trip. Still, there was this slight feeling of being trapped once we got going, like I just had to sit it out until the end. Nothing really went wrong, though, and overall it was a decent experience.

I took seajets last week the boat itself was fine, but the comfort really wasn’t great. The seats felt tight and got hard quickly, and there wasn’t much leg room at all. It was also noisy inside and started to feel crowded fast. For what I paid, I expected the onboard experience to be better, or at least feel like passenger comfort mattered a bit more. We got there in the end, but I can’t say I enjoyed the ride.

I booked Sea Jets with my small dog and it went smoothly. The staff showed us where we could stay and they didn’t make a big deal about it which I really appreciated.

The pet area was okay not super comfortable but clean enough for the trip. I do think the signs at boarding could be clearer but overall we got there without any stress.

Used Sea Jets twice this summer and both ferries left pretty much on time. i was expecting delays, so it was a nice surprise. Boarding was simple, the schedule held up for us, and everything went smoothly. Relief. No complaints from me.
